Essential radiator support for track fairings

The Ducati V4 2025 radiator bracket kit is designed to allow correct fitting of track fairings, keeping the radiator assembly perfectly supported even after removing the original fairings.

In the stock configuration, the water radiator and oil radiator are also supported by the OEM fairings. When these are replaced with fiberglass fairings dedicated to track use, those mounting points are eliminated. As a result, the radiator assembly needs a new support system capable of ensuring the same reliability, but with a structure specifically designed for racing use.

For this reason, we developed a complete kit that allows the radiators to be mounted directly to the frame, ensuring stability, mounting precision, and vibration control.

Ducati V4 2025 radiator brackets: even load distribution

The upper bracket is designed to follow the entire upper surface of the radiator.

Unlike fastening concentrated at just a few points, this solution spreads the load over a much larger surface area. As a result, stress concentrations are reduced and local loads on the radiator are minimized.

A special elastomer element is also fitted between the bracket and the radiator, helping absorb vibrations and micro-movements, further improving protection for the component.

Elastic mounting via silent blocks

Two supports extend from the upper bracket, connecting the system directly to the bike’s frame.

Mounting is achieved through carefully sized silent blocks.

This solution allows the radiator assembly to be held securely, while avoiding an overly rigid connection that could needlessly transfer vibrations and stress to the radiator.

The result is a system that combines structural precision with vibration-absorbing capability, both essential during intensive track use.

The kit also includes a lower bracket dedicated to horizontal support of the oil radiator.

This element completes the mounting system, keeping the entire radiator assembly correctly positioned and helping make the installation neat, secure, and perfectly integrated with the bike.

Materials and build quality

All brackets are CNC-machined from 6082 aluminum and then clear-anodized to ensure high corrosion resistance and a premium technical finish.

The kit also includes:

upper radiator bracket, two frame-mounting brackets, lower oil radiator bracket, bushings, mounting hardware, anti-vibration elastomer element.

The silent blocks from the original Ducati fairing are reused.
