The Rear Wheel Quick Change System RS660 is designed to swap out the rear wheel on your Aprilia RS 660 or Tuono 660 quickly, precisely, and effortlessly, even when working alone.

When riding on track, every second counts. That’s why this system drastically reduces the time needed for a wheel change, eliminating the typical difficulties of traditional fitting.

Unlike the original configuration, where the chain adjuster, brake caliper support, and spacers must be held in the correct position by hand, the Rear Wheel Quick Change System keeps all components perfectly aligned. The wheel is guided during installation and slides directly into the correct position, making the whole operation faster, more precise, and stress-free.

Every component is machined from billet Ergal 7075-T651 aluminum alloy, processed with high-precision CNC machines, dimensionally checked, and then hard-anodized to ensure high wear resistance. Laser engravings also allow for micrometric wheel adjustment with immediate visual feedback.
